I know you are going to be full of questions about your wedding photography and how it all works, so I have put together a few questions I frequently get asked by my couples.

Am I Insured?
I am fully insured with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
What If I Haven’t Photographed A Wedding At Your Venue Before?
We can either do your pre-wedding shoot at your venue, or if you would prefer to go somewhere else, I will go
to your venue before the wedding to take a look round myself so I am familiar with the place.
What Do You Get?
You get a pre-wedding shoot with every package.
Every package also comes with a digital download of individually edited images (USBs can be ordered too for a limited time).
You roughly get between 400-600 images from your day.
I also give you full printing rights so you can get prints made for family and friends if you wish to.
Then you have the chance to upgrade to an album package, albums include roughly 100-120 images –
depending on the design.
We Don’t Like Posing For Pictures!
You need to remember that this is YOUR wedding and you get what YOU want from your images. I always
advise couples to have a minimal amount of group shots (no more than 8-10) as they suck the time out of your day, but you also need to remember that this is a perfect time to get those precious family shots while so many family members are together and all dressed up!
For your couple shots, we usually disappear for about 15-20 minutes after your group shots (or before if we are waiting for guests to arrive at the venue after your ceremony). This allows us to get some lovely portraits but not take forever as I know you would rather spend the day with your guests – not me!
I may ask you to pop back out with me after your wedding breakfast is over if there is a nice sunset or to get a few atmospheric images in the dark.
Pre-Wedding Shoot:
A lot of couples ask me why they have to have a pre-wedding shoot!
Well, you don’t HAVE to, but it is a great way for you to get to know me and me to know you and how you react in front of the camera.
It’s included in the package and a chance for you to get some lovely portraits as an extra to what you get from me!
How Long Do I Stay At Your Wedding?
Your wedding day coverage can be anything between 8-12 hours (I have been known to stay longer).
It all depends on the time of your ceremony and what’s going on in the evening.
I never leave until I am happy I have a great selection of images for my couples!
Payment:
You have already paid your £200 booking fee, so this will be deducted from your final balance. Your invoice for the final balance will be sent out six weeks before your wedding day and the amount is due one month before your wedding day.
How Long After The Wedding Do You Get The Images?
Usually I aim deliver your pictures within 6-10 weeks (depending on the time of year – obviously summertime sees me shooting a lot more weddings)!
You will receive a link to an online gallery with a selection of images to share with your friends and family (they can download from this if you wish). A USB options is also available for a limited time.
